Refund policy

At Zadnerd Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
