Q: What are the products made of?

A: The materials used are primarily PLA or PTEG. PLA is a plant derived plastic that is biodegradable. PETG is a stronger plastic but is not biodegradable. 

Q: Are your items ready to ship?

A: All my products are made to order. Each order is inspected manually to ensure the equality of each item created. 

Q: How long will it take to make my order?

A: Typical processing times is 1-3 days for planters up to 6". Planters larger than that will have a 3-5 day processing time to make and be shipped. 

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

A: Yes, every shipment is has a unique tracking number which will be provided once the item has shipped.

Q: How does the hidden drip tray function?

A: The hidden drip tray can be removed by twisting and pulling down. To re-insert, align the tabs, push, and then slightly twist to lock it in place.
